Measure your chest and waist over the layers you will actually wear underneath, not over a t-shirt. The size chart on each product page lists the garment measurements, and the range runs XS to 5XL across coveralls, bibs, jackets and parkas. If you are between sizes and plan to wear a fleece underneath, take the larger one.

It is the manufacturer’s stated rating for the garment on its own. CHILL-BLOC® coveralls are stated to −50°F and the Coldshield gloves to −25°F. How cold it actually feels depends on your base layer, how much you are moving and the wind. Use the rating to shortlist, then pick for the job.

Yes. For ten units or more, contact us before ordering and we will quote volume pricing and put together a mixed-size sheet so the order ships together.

If the order has not left the warehouse we can change or cancel it. Orders are processed within two business days, so email us as soon as you can and quote the order number.

Standard shipping is free on every order to the continental US. Expedited delivery is available at checkout for orders that need to arrive sooner.

In-stock orders are processed within two business days from our New York warehouse, Monday to Friday. Standard delivery is then five to seven business days via USPS, UPS or FedEx; expedited is three to four business days in total.

International shipping is available. Rates and transit times are calculated at checkout, and any duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

You have 60 days from shipment to return anything unworn and unwashed, with a free prepaid label. Start a return by emailing us with your order number.

Close every zip and fasten every flap first. Warm wash with a mild detergent, no fabric softener and no bleach, then tumble dry on low until fully dry. Softener coats the fibres and flattens the loft, and a garment left damp will not loft back up.

No. Heat damages retroreflective tape. Keep an iron off the bands entirely, and dry hi-vis garments on low heat.

Coveralls seal the gap at the waist and are quicker to get into, which suits crews that stay cold. Bibs with a separate jacket give you a layer to shed at the dock, which suits crews moving between cold and warm zones.

Coldshield gloves are stated to −25°F for sustained cold. Softshell insulated gloves trade some warmth for dexterity, and the leather grip and NeoGrip options are for handling, where grip and abrasion matter more than the last few degrees.

Every garment is covered against manufacturing defects. If something fails in normal use, email us with your order number and photographs and we will sort it out.
