Ordering, shipping and returns

Dispatch

In-stock orders are processed within two business days from our New York warehouse, Monday to Friday.

Shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order to the continental US, and typically takes five to seven business days via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Expedited delivery is three to four business days in total.

Returns

You have 60 days from shipment to return anything unworn and unwashed, with a free prepaid label. If a size is wrong, return it and reorder, or contact us and we will arrange it.

Bulk and team orders

For ten units or more, talk to us before ordering: volume pricing and mixed-size sheets are handled directly.
